Topstep Brokerage accounts have two sets of credentials: The Client Portal and the
TopstepX platform.
Client Portal
Navigate to the Client Portal Login Screen
Once at the Login page, click “Forgot password?” to be redirected to enter your email address. Then you will follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
TopstepX
Navigate to the TopstepX Login Screen
Once at the Login page, click ‘Forgot Password’ to be redirected to enter your TopstepX username. Then you will follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
